This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as one medication for each resident (of 2 reviewed) was observed to have a change in orders and the amount of medications distributed did not match the days elapsed since the orders changed, which poses a potential health risk to persons in care.
