87468.2(a) In addition to the rights listed in Section 87468.1… residents... shall have all of the following personal rights: (27) To keep, have access to, and use their own personal possessions… unless limited by statute or regulation. This requirement was not being met as evidenced by: Based on interviews and record review, facility staff are not allowing resident to use motorized wheelchair which poses an immediate risk to the health safety and personal rights of resident in care.
