87218 Theft and Loss (a) The licensee shall ensure an adequate theft and loss program as specified in Health and Safety Code Section 1569.153. This requirement was not met by: Based on LPA's file review and interviews, the licensee/administrator did not comply with the section cited above when resident #1 (R1) lost/got stolen their glasses which posed a potential Health, Safety, or Personal Rights risk to persons in care.

87555 General Food Service Requirements (b) The following food service requirements shall apply: (21) Freezers of adequate size shall be maintained at a temperature of 0 degrees F (-17.7 degrees C), and refrigerators of adequate size shall maintain a maximum temperature of 40 degrees F (4 degrees C). They shall be kept clean and food stored to enable adequate air circulation to maintain the above temperatures. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one (01) out of one (01) walk-in freezers being above zero (00) degrees Fahrenheit which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
