This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA's review of self-reported incident report where resident (R1) self-administered a pill off their floor, but unable to identify which poses a potential health and safety risk to resident in care.

This requirement is not met as evdenced by: Based on LPA's record reveiw and interview with staff resident (R1) was given another resident's medications in error which poses an immediate health and safety risk to resident in care.

Administrator agrees to ensure S1 has additional medication training on the 7 Rights of Medication Administration before passing medication. Administrator agrees to submit training date to CCL by POC 01/24/23 and the training roster signed by S1 and trainer by 01/25/23.

This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on record review and interview with Administrator the facility failed to ensure R1's medication was given as prescribed by doctor which poses an immediate health and safety risk to resident in care.

Administrator agrees to submit proof of additional training for medication passes with ALL staff and to ensure future compliance. Administrator shall provide a plan to train all staff by May 25, 2022. In addition, Administrator shall provide a sign-in sheet with proof of training by June 1, 2022.
