(h) The following requirements shall apply to medications which are centrally stored: (2) Centrally stored medicines shall be kept in a safe and locked place that is not accessible to persons other than employees responsible for the supervision of the centrally stored medication. No medications shall be transferred between containers. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Deficient Practice Statement Based on LPA and staff observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that medication found for three residents not in its original container and unlabeled which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

80072 Personal Rights (a) Except for children’s residential facilities, each client shall have personal rights which include, but are not limited to, the following:(1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Deficient Practice Statement Based on LPA's observation and interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having two camera's set up ito watch over two clients each in their bedrooms, this is an area that privacy is expected which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
