87219 Planned Activities (a) Residents shall be encouraged to maintain and develop their quality of life through participation in a variety of planned activities.... This requirement is not met as evidenced by based on observation, record review, and interviews, the facility does not have planned activities which poses a potential health and safety risk to residents in care.
