POC Due Date: 01/26/2026 Plan of Correction Licsensee aggreed to go through all foods in the refrigerator and freezer and entire facility to discard all expired foods and properly lable foods kept. Licensee will send photographs to text or eamil of LPA of refrigerator of fresh foods on hand in 14 days of this citation. LPA may conduct physical inspection.
