(a)...(5)...(D)Assistance with self-administration does not include ...camouflaging...resident's right to refuse to take a medication. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews and records the Licensee did not comply with the regulation above R8 camouflaged R1’s medication in water without a doctors order and did not record it on the MAR which poses a potential health, safety and personal rights risk to residents in care.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interview the Licensee did not comply with the regulation above, S8 did not respect R1’s medication refusal, R1 wiped medication out of R1’s mouth after being forced to take it which poses an immediate Personal Rights risk to residents in care.
