(c) A refund of any fees paid in advance covering the time after the resident's personal property has been removed from the facility shall be issued...within 15 days This requierment was not met as evidenced by: Based on records reveiwed and LPA interviews, Licensee did not issue a full refund within 15 days of R1's personal belongings being removed.
