What the official deficiency says

87309 Storage Space and Access (a) Except as specified in subsection (b), the licensee shall ensure that disinfectants... knives... sharp objects... could pose a danger to residents are in locked storage and are not left unattended... This requirement is not met as evidenced by. Based on observation , the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by having scissors in the kitchen dish rack accessible to residents which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
