(8) All food shall be of good quality. Commercial foods shall be approved by appropriate federal, state and local authorities. Food in damaged containers shall not be accepted, used or retained. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above because a bottle of condiment (DijonMustard) expired on May 2025 was kept in resident's refregeratur which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

POC Due Date: 07/31/2026 Plan of Correction Administrator Corina immediate picked it up and stated that it is mine, forgot to take it out. Administrator will also provide a training for staff on general food service requirements and will send proof of training completion contaiing training title and signatrue of trainees by due date.
This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation of seven (7) sharps accesible to residents in care. One located in the front yard and 6 located in the kitchen. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
