What the official deficiency says
(a) Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons, firearms and other items which could pose a danger if readily available to clients shall be stored where inaccessible to clients. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Deficient Practice Statement Based on LPA Delgado's observation and interview, LPA observed the door to the laundry room unlocked and propped open that contained cleaning products on top of the dryer and a container of bleach on the floor in the kitchen next to the trash can. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

POC Due Date: 10/26/2022 Plan of Correction Licensee will do In-service training with staff and submit to LPA Delgado by 5p.m. POC.
