This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Deficient Practice Statement Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 2 persons which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

POC Due Date: 03/05/2026 Plan of Correction Licensee to send into LPA a plan of how she will ensure all staff are fingerprint cleared and associated prior to working. Plan to be sent into CCL by 3/5/26. In addition, Adminstrator to send LPA C1 fingerprint clearance and file once cleared. Caregiver left the facility prior to LPA leaving.
