87465 Incidental Medical and Dental Care. (a) A plan for incidental medical and dental care shall be developed by each facility. The plan shall encourage routine medical and dental care and provide for assistance in obtaining such care, by compliance with the following: (4) The licensee shall assist residents with self-administered medications as needed. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on incident report and interview the licensee did not provide R1 their medications as prescribed which poses an immediate health and safety risk to residents in care.

Based on LPA's records reviewed and statements recieved during the investigation. The facility failed to ensure and Provide R1 medications. This is an immediate risk to the Health and Safety of Residents in care.

Facility to send written plan that will be followed on how they will ensure that residents are receiving the required medication. POC due by 5/15/2023, facility to also provide staff training by 6/1/2023. Civil Penalties were assessed on today's date for the violation. Civil Penty was issued in the amount of $500.00
