87203 Fire Safety All facilities shall be maintained in conformity with the regulations adopted by the State Fire Marshal for the protection of life and property against fire and panic. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the lfire extinguisher mounted in the kitchen is not charged and has a purchase date of 01/17/2023, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
POC Due Date: 11/22/2025 Plan of Correction During the visit, Administrator called Orange County Fire Protection (714-974-9025) to schedule a date for the fire marshall to install a new, inspected extinguisher. Deficiency cleared. Licensee will provide a photo of the tag and send it to CCLD once installed.
