This requirement was not met as evidenced by: One uncleared and unassociated individual was present in the facility upon LPA's arrival which poses a threat to the health and safety of the residents in care.
The licensee agrees to have the individual fingerprint cleared and associated before being allowed to work in the facility. The individual was asked to leave by the Licensee/Administrator. The individual went to get fingerprinted and the licensee will contact me once the individual is associated to the facility.
