Residents in all residential care facilities for the elderly shall have all of the following personal rights: To be accorded dignity in their personal relationships with staff, residents, and other persons. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPA's investigation staff violated personal rights of resident by physically covering the mouth of the resident with their hand in order to subdue resident's reaction.
