Alterations to Existing Building or New Facilities 87305(a) (a) Prior to construction or alterations, all facilities shall obtain a building permit. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the activities room there is a wall dividing the room into 2 making the current floor plan not match the facility sketch which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

POC Due Date: 05/24/2025 Plan of Correction Licensee stated that they will provide written proof of understanding of the regulation, proof of permits attempted, and a statement saying they will not use the space until documents are obtained to LPA by POC due date. Licensee stated they will obtain the permits needed to either tear down the wall or request and obtain a new fire clearance.
