POC Due Date: 07/19/2026 Plan of Correction Administrator agreed to submit to El Segundo Regional Office a criminal background request for staff (S2) by tomorrow. Administrator was advised to create a Guardian account. During the visit, Licensee/Administrator submitted an application to Guardian. Submit proof that the transfer request was submitted.
