This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Resident #1 was diagnosed with Unstageable and Stage 3 dermal ulcers on 08/21/22 and Administrator retained Resident #1 at the facility following Resident #1’s discharge from the hospital on 08/24/22 with “Unstageable” and “Stage III” wounds.
