This requirement is not met as evidenced by: 87307(d)(2) The following space and safety provisions shall apply to all facilities: The premises shall be maintained in a state of good repair and shall provide a safe and healthful environment.. Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation , the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During the tour of the outside, the backyard was observed to have clutter scattered throughout the backyard in different areas. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
