What the official deficiency says

Personnel Requirements - General. Facility personnel shall at all times be sufficient in numbers, and competent to provide the services necessary to meet resident needs. This requirement was no met as evidenced by: On 06/09/26, R1 left the facility unsupervised. Review of R1's records reveal that R1 has a condition and diagnosis that does not allow for a person of this capacity to out unsupervised. This posses as an immediate health and safety risk to a resident in care.

As POC, the licensee will hold trainig for the administrator and staff to address this section of the regulation. As proof training is held, a copy of the training log and attendance sheet is due to the licensing agency by 08/28/26.
