87309 Storage Space and Access (a) ... the licensee shall ensure that disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisonous substances...are in locked storage... This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as a shed in the back yard which contained laundry sanitizer, soaps, laundry detergent pods, and cleaning chemicals was left unsecured which posed an immediate health and safety risk to clients in care.
