This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as during medication reviews, LPA observed documentation on the MAR residents missed taking medication for days and or medication was not listed on the MAR which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
