(a) All facilities shall maintain a fire clearance approved by the city, county, or city and county fire department, or district providing fire protection services, or the State Fire Marshal. (2) Bedridden persons. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Deficient Practice Statement Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by admitting a bedridden resident #4 (R4) in bedroom #3 which is not cleared/approved for bedridden. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

POC Due Date: 07/24/2025 Plan of Correction The Designee agreed to inform R4's family regarding R4's relocation from bedroom #3 to bedroom #5. All facility staff will have an in-service training regarding this section. Copies of the training will be submited to LPA by POC date.
