This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews, observation, and record reviews, the Licensee was aware of (R1's) history of pressure injuries and retained (R1) with a stage 3 prohibited health condition and failed to ensure proper care, such as hospice or home health care services, were provided for the wounds.
