87465 Incidential Medical and Dental Care. (c)(2) Once ordered by the physician the medication is given according to the physician's directions. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Licensee did not ensure that 2 residents' medications were dispensed as per Doctor's order. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to residents in care.
