87555 General Food Service Requirements (b) The following food service requirements shall apply: (21) Freezers . . . shall be maintained at a temperature of 0 degrees F . . . and refrigerators . . . shall maintain a maximum temperature of 40 degrees F . . . This requirement is not met as evidenced by: On 04/24/2026, LPA Sampair observed the temperatures of the outside refrigerator/freezer was 47.6 F and 15.5 F respectively. On 04/27/2026, the inside refrigerator/freezer was 35.7 F and 6.8 F respectively, which serves as a potential risk to the health of residents in care.
