(b) Each resident's record shall contain at least the following information: (10) Reports of the medical assessment specified in Section 87458 Medical Assessment, and of any special problems or precautions. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Deficient Practice Statement Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as four of the five reviewed resident files had outdated medical assessments, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
